ShipStation and EasyPost

Buy return labels with your carrier accounts. See Return labels.

Katana

If Katana manages your stock, Vantly restocks returned items in Katana (matched by SKU) so its numbers stay right. Choose the Katana location, and whether to restock in Katana only, Shopify only, or both. If Katana syncs stock to Shopify, choose Katana only.

Klaviyo

Paste a Klaviyo private API key with Accounts: Read, Events: Write, and Profiles: Write. Vantly sends an event for each return moment (for example Vantly Return Requested or Vantly Return Refunded) with the order, items, reasons, amount, and tracking. Build flows and segments on them. Add the flow filter NotifyCustomer is true so staff choices not to email the customer are respected.
